Customers Fulfillment & Follow-up
All online bookings that successfully made will be sent via email to your dedicated service team. You can fine those successful bookings in Report session. You can export the booking report to PDF.
For those failure bookings, we also capture in Booking Operations session for your follow-up.
Booking Report
- Input booking date period or service item (Flight, Hotel, Dynamic Package) for booking search
- System will show the booking reference with details (traveler name, contact, description, price & cost) with different service types
Booking Operations
- Input booking date period, traveler name, service item for booking search
- System will show the booking reference with details (traveler name, contact, description, price & cost) with different service types
- For those successful booking, the booking reference start at “F” for flight, "H" for hotel, "P" for dynamic package
- You can:
- Click on Ticket Now to issue ticket (you are required to subscribe the Auto-ticketing module)
- Click on Email to resend the confirmation email to customer if needed
- Review the Balance Due column to follow-up the balance payment
- For those unsuccessful booking, the booking reference start at “C”
- You can:
- Follow-up with customers with the contact captured
- Click on Forward and email to customer to further follow-up
